On our Victoria Tour we drove past Bastion Square and the Empress Castle. Both were decorated to the hilt, and there seem to be flowers everywhere. It was almost like the various from Buchart Gardens spilled out over the whole town. The Empress Castle was absolutely stunning at dark as you can see from the picture. All of the streetlights had hanging baskets with beautiful flowers, but that wasn't quite so pretty at night.
