I walked by this business today, and I saw "Arctic Insurance." My first thought was wow, they have a different type of insurance up here for people living in the Arctic that protects against things freezing or maybe absolute zero. Then I walked a bit farther and saw another sign that described the business better. Then it made more sense that it was just a business name and they provided auto, home & life insurance. The sign above says "Summit Mortgage" as if people would want to live on a mountain.
